Biography

Ashween Virdee is a PhD student at the Research Centre for Carbon Solutions at Heriot-Watt University. Her PhD focuses on designing and optimising technologies that convert captured CO2 and renewable energy into high-value energy vectors. She is interested in reactor design and optimisation using computational fluid dynamic modelling and experimental design.
