Oluwafunmilola Ola attended the 12th International Conference on Carbon Dioxide Utilization (ICCDU) in Washington, USA, in June on CO2 conversion and utilization for chemicals, fuels and materials for sustainable development. She presented an oral communication on ‘Nanostructured vanadium based TiO2 monoliths for CO2 reduction’.
This conference provided a multidisciplinary forum for joining outstanding scientists to discuss recent innovations in CO2 utilization. Not only did it represent an opportunity to broaden her knowledge and understanding of this vast field, but it also created a platform for the exchange of ideas and up-to-date information that can be incorporated into her research. The event was an excellent networking opportunity.
